My New Ride

Wow, am I ever spoiled! I sent my Pacifica off to Virginia and went around two weeks without my own ride. Seems you feel really stuck when your used to having a car at any time, but my fault, I kept putting off on what I wanted. Hated the thought of hanging around a car lot all the day long too.
So I started out a bit differently and went to my credit union to line up a loan, then called my insurance man to give him a heads up, I thought how cool am I this will take no time at all, I will  pick a car and get out of there in 30 minutes, Dang I really hate shopping. Took 4 hours including going out to lunch and,picking up a check from the credit union, then coming back,before I could drive off with my new Equinox LT
Went to Chevy first and chose the first one that I sat in, It's a lot like my Pacifica so I felt really comphy in it.
This car is pretty cool, it can talk and stuff, has the camera in the back so's I can save face parallel parking, built in GPS *Take me home* is all I gotta say, the steering wheel has buttons to control radio and answers my cell phone or dials out.
I don't need any of these perks and they r only 3 month trial, my cell phone never rings, I don't leave the city. So I really don't care, as long as now I can go to the craft stores any time I please!

Life is grand.
