Well, here's my first try on the doll, I feel the need to rethink this, but it was tough and I now need a break ~whew~

I have learned from my mistakes.

My Crochet obsession

Crochet is my favorite pass time, and I have found some really good teachers and free patterns on line. Really you never ever half to purchase another pattern . Just do the search. For instance Lionbrand or Bernet, all free crochet, many many more, some crummy but many more are really good for beginners all the way up to skilled. I am thinking of joining Cast off crochet crew on You Tube, but am thinking I don't want to make a weekly commitment either. So we'll see about that.

One of Lilyana's Christmas gifts

The first few times that Lilyana used the Play dough press, she saw what comes out the other side and said eewwwwww!

She was fun to play with and it kept her busy and held her interest for at least one hour, which is excellent for a nearly two year old

My brain isn't working this week but Man was it ever fun to show 20 month old Lilyana How to crochet, Yes you heard it right, She's got the right moves, I hope one day she will show interest. For a while there I was begining to think it had become a lost art, you heard me right. I have to call it an art, because artistic people just need to space out and think only of the task at hand in order to be successful in what they are doing. er I am nearly there.
