A few weeks ago when Lilyana visited, she enjoyed working in the garden with me, I showed her the green bean plants and let her pick some. She asked *can I eat it*. Well I am not much on eating uncooked beans but I know there would be no harm so I told her it would be ok, She ate one whole green bean and said *Yummy*
Later in the front yard in a small planter I had some petunias growing and she picked them all, I suppose I could have told her that they would look nice if they just stayed on the plant, but I said nothing and let her do it.
Now it's two weeks later and I get another great visit from Lilyana, when we went in the yard to play she said *Lets go pick some green beans*.
I guess our gardening experience left a memory mark on her and I was pretty impressed she even thought of the beans. Sorry to say my beans pooped out while I was away on vacation, so we didn't get to do that again:-(
Then we were playing in the front yard, the petunias were back, she looked at them and said * I am not going to pick them, I will just look at them.*
I am not sure if she had a flower incident with her parents or if she remembered me saying *They would better on the plant*
She's a pretty amazing little girl. She doesn't get into things when she's here visiting, she knows whats hers and she knows where everything is. *This is Grandmas, this is Grandpas, this is mine*
I was singing her a song when I was done she sang to me, ABC song not one letter missed, then she counted to 11 without one slip, then sang twinkle twinkle little star. I didn't ask for this amazing performance, she offered it and it was great!
She is one fun little baby!
