Time for a bit of relaxing. What with all the stresses I lately have had to endure, (sick brother Gene, weight not lost, figuring out a complicated crochet pattern, landscape guy, centipedes) I am sure there's more but these things are what's on my mind for now.
SO I decided to take a quick bike ride down Biddle to the end of BASF, Perry St. a great place for me to stop for a rest after a grueling speed race, legs burning, this is the place I like to stop and maybe catch a big boat go by. (when I say catch I mean not to get on it mind you, just to look at, silly misunderstanding) Today was different, the fishermen were there, I commented "that looks like fun, boy wish I had a pole" Lo' and behold, the stranger man hooked me up with his spare, and I reeled one in not 20 seconds after it hit the water, the gentleman said "hand me your camera and I'll take your picture" so there it is!
What a nice, friendly bunch of people, I can't say enough about how they brought a smile to my face, and how a complete stranger can help you to forget your troubles even if it is for just a few minutes.
So smile at the stranger who passes or even say hello how's it going. :-) Never know what might happen
